Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. I'm coming just for the weekend to Fort Lauderdale. Can I rent for just one or two days instead of the three-day minimum? A: Yes, you can! However, the price will be the same as if you rented it for three days. Our products and bundles have a set price for the first three days; after that, it is charged per day.
2. We have more than 4 people in our group. Can we get 3 additional chairs for the "Go Beach or Go Home" bundle?   A: Absolutely! Just go to the "Add to Bundle or Create Your Own" section on our website, look for the beach chair, and add it to your cart. You can add as many additional chairs as you want. You can also add any other products from our list to your bundle.
3. I like the bundles, but I want to add other things to them. How do I do that?  A: It's very simple! Just go to the "Add to Bundle or Create Your Own" section on our website. You can scroll and search our full list of beach products. Just pick what you need and add it to your cart.
4. Where do I pick up the items?  A: You don't! We will take them to your hotel or Airbnb. Just make sure to provide the name of the hotel and address you are staying at, and we will deliver it.
5. My flight leaves very early in the morning, but we want to stay at the beach late on our last day in Fort Lauderdale. Where do we leave the chairs, cooler, and canopy?  A: If you are staying at a hotel, simply leave them with the concierge or at the front desk. If you're staying at an Airbnb, leave them at the front door. Please be sure to take a picture and send it to us.
   
6. Which beaches do you deliver to?  Currently we service Hollywood, Dania, Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Pompano, and Deerfield Beaches. If you're planning an extended stay to Miami we can make delivery arrangements. 

Equipment Cleaning Policy:

Please return all equipment in the same condition as it was rented. Cleaning fees may apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty or sandy.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders cancelled more than seven days prior to delivery will receive a full refund (rental cost and security deposit) less any transaction fees.

Within seven days of delivery, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid (rental cost and security deposit) less any transaction fees.

*No refunds will be available less than 24 hours before the rental’s start period. Rental periods start at 12 p.m. on the day of arrival.
